Executive Administrative Assistant!

We are looking for an Executive Administrative Assistant to provide personalized secretarial and administrative support in a well-organized and timely manner. You will work on a one-to-one basis with the Owner of Hannah Murrell & Associates on a variety of tasks related to executive’s working life and communication.

  • Looking to hire position ASAP!

  • Compensation- $40,000 annually & up to $15,000 in bonuses.

  • Work Location- Prairie Village, KS & Remote Opportunities


  • Act as the point of contact between the executives and internal/external clients

  • Undertake the tasks of receiving calls, take messages and routing correspondence

  • Handle requests and queries appropriately

  • Maintain diary, arrange meetings and appointments and provide reminders

  • Assisting in the Implementation & Managing of the customer service experience roll out program

  • Accurately enter data

  • Assisting in designing, editing and rolling out monthly newsletter & market update emails.

  • Assisting in planning events, touch points, and overall business day to day functions.

  • Produce reports, presentations and briefs/prepare agent for upcoming meetings

  • Develop and carry out an efficient documentation and filing system

  • Design & Update website & other social media platforms

  • Oversee all aspects of buyer & seller transactions from executed purchase agreement to closing.

  • Coordinate title/escrow, mortgage loan and appraisal processes.

  • Coordinate inspections, assist in obtaining quotes for negotiations regarding repairs, and coordinate completion/proof of repairs w/ co-op agents.

  • Regularly update & maintain communication with clients, agents, title officer, lender etc


  • Proven experience as an executive administrative assistant, senior executive assistant or in other secretarial position

  • Full comprehension of office management systems and procedures

  • Excellent knowledge of MS Office 

  • Excellent knowledge of Canva

  • Proficiency in English

  • Exemplary planning and time management skills

  • Ability to multitask and prioritize daily workload

  • Executes task lists with attention to detail

  • Takes initiative in autonomous environments and provides ideas and solutions to opportunities within the business

  • High level verbal and written communications skills

  • Discretion and confidentiality

  • High School degree; additional qualification as personal assistant would be considered an advantage
