As first time homebuyers picking Hannah as our realtor was the best decision we made. She is extremely knowledgeable in all aspects of the home buying process and went above and beyond by giving advice when we asked for it. She has a great network of contacts for lenders, inspection agency’s, home repairs, etc. She stayed with us when we weren’t even sure what we wanted in a home. My husband and I met Hannah at an open house and while we didn't purchase that home, we were so impressed by her professionalism that we set up an appointment the following week to meet with her again to learn about her experience and get to know her a bit. Within two months she sold our home and assisted us throught the process of buying our dream home. When we needed work done on either house, she was quick to put us in touch with great contractors and her response time to our texts and calls was great, never an hour or two at the most. Hannah is truly amazing at what she does. I initially started off with a different realtor that I had zero confidence in. It was a complete transition when I reached out to Hannah. Before we even went to look for homes, she sat us down for an hour zoom meeting to explain everything I needed to understand from what the process will look like, what kind of homes to look for to fit my budget, what the housing market is today and what were my requirements for a home. From there, she had my back all the way through. Hannah does not sugar coat anything! I knew I wanted her as a realtor the moment we saw the first home and she was like NOPE! Most realtor will try to give you the glitz and glam by loading each home with numerous compliments in order to sell. Hannah is realistic and will list out all the problems/potential problems she sees in the home, help you figure out how much things will cost and give you great recommendations based on what she's seen in the market. She's not here to just sell a home and make commission, she's there to help you find the home that check marks everything on your list and also has your back as a buyer. Hannah also gave us great advice on how to make our offer strong. All her projections on numbers for everything was spot on. She is speedy fast in replying to your messages. She made it feel like I was her only client. If you want someone who is genuine, realistic and out for your best interest, then Hannah Murrell is the one! She has definitely earned my business for life.
