Nancy grew up in Overland Park Kansas and currently resides in Lee’s Summit Missouri. She began her
career in real estate as a sales representative, then went to work for an appraiser, and later, a new
home builder. With the knowledge gained there, Nancy acted as the general contractor for her dream
home which in 2007, was featured in the KCH&G Magazine.
As a Transaction Coordinator, Nancy ensures that listing and contract documents meet State compliance
requirements and that important actions necessary to ensure the transaction closes on time are
performed. Among them, distributing documents to the title company, the lender, and the cooperating
agent, generating new documents for compliance, and tying up any “loose ends” well before closing.
When needed, Nancy can prepare listing and offer documents for signatures, freeing the team up to
book more appointments and showings!
Nancy spends her free time on the tennis court or on the pickleball courts. She also enjoys expeditions
into the great outdoors, hiking, camping, looking for gems and minerals, or shelling on the beach. A high
energy level and attention to detail help Nancy keep up with the demands of working for our highly
productive team.
